Alessandra has traveled extensively since a young age, immersing herself in diverse cultures across countries like Italy, where she grew up and studied languages and tourism, as well as France, England, Spain, Morocco, Turkey, and the United States. These experiences have shaped her ability to quickly adapt and navigate human relations for a variety of purposes. With over 15 years of management experience in high-end industries, she transitioned a decade ago into training, bringing her expertise to Monaco. There, she worked for the Monegasque administration and later for the yachting industry, specializing in assertive communication, conflict management, and handling challenging cases.
Since March 2024, Alessandra has also taken on a consultancy role for Sanlorenzo in Monaco and Cannes as a "Community Engagement Expert." Her public relations role serves as a bridge between resident stakeholders, banks, luxury brands, local institutions, and Sanlorenzo. She helps to create events that connect Sanlorenzo clients with potential newcomers in the two lounges. Through cross-marketing strategies, she reaches out to potential clients, seeking synergies and expanding the local knowledge and presence of Sanlorenzo.
