Reports, which must be as detailed as possible, may be communications of violations, consisting of offences falling within the scope of national and/or European regulations that damage the public interest or the integrity of the company.

N.B.The following are not whistleblowing reports, and hence will not be retained admissible:
• Disputes, claims or personal requests related to one’s work relationship (to be sent to the persons responsible for Human Resources)
• Complaints relating to inefficiencies in the services provided by the Company
• Reports that are too generic and not sufficiently detailed
• Blatantly unfounded news
• Information of public domain
• Information acquired on the sole basis of indiscretions or unreliable allegations (so-called rumours)
