Alice was born and raised in Genoa, where she graduated in Law. She started her career in the nautical industry at law firms specialized in maritime and international law, including in the UK. In 2019, she decided to dedicate her skills directly to the shipyards to improve her commercial skills. She was the Business Development Advisor for three years, both in Europe and the US, extending her knowledge of both markets. She participated in the most important and crucial boat shows in the yachting sector, such as Düsseldorf, Miami, Palm Beach, Palma de Mallorca, Cannes, Genoa, and Monaco. In 2023, she moved to Cannes to manage and coordinate the activities of a luxury nautical brand as office manager in Port Pierre Canto. In 2025, she took on a new challenge as a Sales Executive at Sanlorenzo Med, bringing her experience to the service of the clients.
